• Truck thoroughly checked to make sure all lights, signals, wipers and horn were in good operating condition.
• Engine fluids, belts, hoses and filters were replaced
• Axle, transmission, transfer case seals and fluids were checked and serviced
• Service and parking brake systems were checked and serviced including rebuilding or replacing components as required
• Extensively road tested

• Platform:
  • Rear Loading Platform custom fabricated (air lines capped off & factory hitch
  • removed) 36 inches Deep by 96 inches wide
  • Rear corners of platform to be 45 degree chamfered
  • Bar Grating decking (not punch plate)
  • Fixed steps that go into the cargo bed, off the rear platform. (no hand rails or corner posts)
  • Rope step ladders at left and right sides and 3 at center rear- from ground to platform (5 total)
  • Anchor points/grab handles at each station at back of truck bed for personnel tether (1 left/1 right)

  • Pre-wired for the Kussmaul charger and eject. Use 14-gauge wire.
  • 12 volt leads for radio box, 1 positive and 1 negative. Home runs directed from batteries to Box behind driver seat. Used 8 Gauge wire.
  • Added 60 Amp circuit breaker under the dash main electric panel and directed ground at same location (from truck frame to a stud) to be hidden from sight and have positive lug.
  • Added direct ground from truck frame to a stud next to circuit breaker.
  • Cut outside of box on cab side, edge with protective trim.
  • Boat Motor mounted on headboard of bed.
    • Painted and installed boat fuel tank bracket
    • Boat Bag strap. 2 ratchet straps and “D” rings on floor and top of bed rail.
    • Air tank bracket – Fabricated base bracket.

   

• Lighting: -
  • All exterior Original Truck lighting upgraded to LED (Headlights, taillights, marker lights, front turn signals)
  • Lighting elements, all switched inside of cab through Feniex Controller and work lights on toggle switches for front/side/rear separately
  • Added Scene lighting at rear of cargo bed Corners
  • Added 1 Reverse light, to make 2 total
  • Furnished and Installed 6 each LED lights Feniex PN-Q-2222
  • Furnished and Installed 2 each LED low profile warning light strip Feniex PN-QT-0420-ST (Red, Blue, White Lights)
  • Furnished and Installed 16 total emergency lights around truck, Feniex QQM-8101
  • Furnished and Installed 1 x 50" Forward Facing Brow Light, Heise
  • Furnished and Installed 2 x 32" Side Facing Brow Lights, Heise

• Cargo Bed:

  • Toolbox seating with locking lids along 1 side only. Cushion on top. Approx 10 feet total.
  • Removed seating drop down panel and insert 1x4 strip to reduce fall out risk
  • Cargo Cover support system
  • Custom rear canopy cover, Black, Clear plastic 3 side windows along each side. Rear panel extending down only approximately 6 inches below the top of rear bow.
  • Added underneath storage trays to Cargo Bed, surface lined with textured bed liner to create closed storage
  • Red LED strip lighting inside cargo bed at floor level
  • D Rings welded inside head of cargo bed on floor – for assistance in loading bed
  • Added storage tray/mount system for inflatable boat and motor.
  • Rear work lights- made “L” bracket.

• All walk on surfaces to be treated with Textured Rhino Style coating in Black
