Service Work Performed on FL customers M813

Service work performed on a Florida customer's M813. 

• Pressure washed truck frame and engine.
• Replaced engine oil pan with a good used unit and new gasket
• Suction hose mounting system
• Converted hydraulic drive motor for hose reel to electric.
• Removed PTO, pump, tanks, lines.
• Supplied covers to transmission opening and seal.
• Supplied and installed ¾ HP electric motor, to drive the hose reel. Free spool when not energized.
• Motor drives reel with chain/sprocket- geared appropriately- reduced as needed.
• Chain and nip point safety guards/shields custom fabricated.
• Supplied and replaced alternator with 100-amp unit.
• Supplied and fabricated custom secondary battery bank box with 4 batteries for added amperage- underhung on truck frame.
• Motor controls mounted on exterior near reel in/out directional toggle switch.
• Supplied and fabricated brackets and mounts and installed new electric winch 18,000 lb. capacity, tether controller.
• Removed existing winch and associated components.
